- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CLOSING! I can't stress that point enough. They will promise you world class service when in actuality you will receive little to no service. Nobody over there knows what they are doing and they have horrible communication skills. I hate that I have to give them even one star (required to post) because the level of service was so bad. Not only did they delay my closing 3 days without any notification, but they brought 3 different settlement sheets to the table the day of closing. They will take your money and you will never hear from them. It is 3 months from my closing on my home and I'm still working with the County assessor's office to straighten issues with the deed transfer.April 04, 2017by Mark Digian
